André L. Lynch was the founder and CEO of Ingenium Corporation, a highly successful IT managed services and strategy company for Government, healthcare, and utilities, which he led for over 25 years until his exit in 2018. Growing the company to over 300 employees, Ingenium was recognized multiple times by Inc. Magazine as being one of the 500 fastest growing privately held companies in the US, by Deloitte and Touche as one of the 500 fastest growing technology companies in the US, and personally by Ernst and Young as Entrepreneur of the Year for the State of Maryland. He has been recognized and honored by the prestigious Young Presidents Organization (YPO) for his outstanding leadership in multiple roles including as Chairman of the Washington DC / Baltimore and North Eastern U.S. Regional Board of Directors. A Member of YPO since 2000, Andre also played a key role in re-energizing the Black YPO Network, facilitating the increase and connecting of Black CEO’s across the global YPO community.
Andre is now a highly respected coach to CEO’s working across diverse industries at various stages of development. Andre has also dedicated his time and resources to multiple causes, including religious institutions, Habitat for Humanity, public schools, youth sports, and more. He sees his contribution primarily as a model of entrepreneurship matched with community stewardship. Lynch has attributed his career growth to a healthy mix of realizing the value in opportunity, powerful team talent, and an incomparable vision for success—imagined early on, and enacted every day on behalf of customers, team, and community.
