What differentiates our coaches are that almost all of them are “current” CEOs of private and public businesses most ranging from $10 Million to over $1 Billion. They have all been CEOs for at least ten years
Some of our coaches are entrepreneurs who bootstrapped their companies with next to nothing and others grew with Angel, venture and/or private equity financing. Others became CEOs via family owned business; while others have climbed the corporate ladder to the CEO position.

We coach CEOs of publicly traded, privately owned, and non-profit organizations with a minimum of five employees. CEO’s with annual revenues of less than $1 Million do not have to pay coaching fees.
How do we define CEO: Those with final P&L responsibility and the ability to define/approve the goals, policies, and culture of the organization. These titles can include, but are not limited to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO), President, Managing Director, Entrepreneur, Founder, Executive Director, Managing Member.
