Assuredly all the CEO coaches at Beyond CEO Coaching have failed at one time or another, and it is highly likely you will also suffer some failures along the way. It seems like the end of the world at the time, but it is not. As a Black CEO, you probably feel even more self-doubt when failures happen. In fact, most of the time it ends up being a gift as we learn so much from it, and it leads us down new and different paths that are often retrospectively better than the path we were on.
However, we would all probably agree that we do not start or run a business with the hope of failing so we can learn something which would lead us to something better. Our goal is to succeed and the build on these successes. Having a coach who works with you on a one-on-one basis will not guarantee success, but the right coach who has already been there and done that will increase your odds for success. What is guaranteed is that you will have failures and that is OK, our coaches will help you work through them, learn from them, and assure you it is not the end of the world and that you are not alone.
