Shreedhar is currently the Founder and CEO of Pioneer Power Group, an electrical engineering company which operates in 30 states. He previously owned and was CEO of another electrical engineering firm – Shah & Associates, Inc. which he sold in 2019. During his tenure he grew the company 12x, consistently had the company ranked by EC&M Magazine ranked as one of the “Top 40 Electrical Design Firms” and was named to the Inc 5000 list of fastest growing companies.

Firmly believing in giving back to the minority community, his experience includes sitting on the Board of Directors of the National Minority Supplier Development Council Maryland – Capital Region. This organization facilitates business opportunities between large Fortune 500 companies and local, small, and disadvantaged firms. In 2011 he was awarded the Chairman’s Award for his significant contributions to the efforts of the council as they related to MOU-16 and the legislation at WSSC regarding small businesses.

He has served previously on the Board of Directors of Liberty’s Promise, an organization that supports immigrant youth in the local area by providing internship, employment, and general business/life training to facilitate their entry into this country.

He holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a BS in Finance from The Ohio State University.
